I don’t know what your answer is for you, but what I did for myself is first I went to my doctor and got myself in a regimen of medication that helped me deal with my physical symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, panic attacks and debilitating migraines. Then I got myself an excellent therapist to help me work through my past, which is much better accomplished when on the right meds to deal with physical and emotional pain. It took years. Not weeks or months….years of hard emotional work.

I don’t know your past or your symptoms, but I know that you have to do what’s right for you to get help you need. And this article is about NOT taking your past wounds and displaying them out to the world. Get real help instead, whatever that looks like for you.
