Yes, it was a lot of pain. A lot of learning. I’ve found the most adversarial people in our life are also our most gifted teachers.

Regardless of the past, I love writing about this stuff because I know that if I keep writing, I can connect with people who are going through the same thing and if my words can help them through it just a little bit, it’s worth it. I had my own angels during my process, and I want to pay it forward. Plus I’ve always loved writing :)

My life is so unbelievably wonderful now. All that hard internal work paid off.
