Narcissistic bosses make your working life hell. I used to work for a man who had a company with about 30 employees. He would hold meetings several times per day to talk about how great he was regarding whatever project we were working on, fire people randomly for no other reason than he got bored with them, and micromanage every aspect of everyone's job. It was one of the worst places I've ever worked.
