oh, thank you, D! I agree, it’s a conscious effort to work on being kind to yourself, forgiving and loving. I also think it helps to surround myself with friends and a partner who are positive and kind and supportive and accept me for who I am. It helps support the internal monologue. I’ve gotten rid of the people in my life who are critical and demeaning. Who’s got time for that?! I’m so glad you found the article helpful.
